A Little FFG History

Fantasy Flight Games is an American board game manufacturer located in Roseville, Minnesota founded in 1995. They create and publish a large collection of board games, card games, roleplaying games, their own unique concept of Living Card Games. In addition to the more traditional format of tabletop based play they also produce a variety of digital and online games.

the company was founded by American born, Denmark raised Christian Petersen, who started the company to publish comics in the US that originated from European publishers. As the demand grew for European comics he began importing and distributing such publications as Tintin and Asterix this further fueled his knowledge of the gaming world and in 1997 he started in game publication by creating the epic Twilight Imperium.
